How To Make The World's Best Chili

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqCS8S_y5Gg

2-3 lbs ground beef (totally up to you, I do 2 pounds and compensate with more beans)
2 cups onion chopped (I do a bit extra, at least two onions because I LOVE ONIONS OK?!)
2 tbsp garlic chopped
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 large can tomato paste
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
4-6 cans assorted beans (I use light kidney, pinto, black and sometimes the pinto's are the ranch style if you can find them)

1 cup corn (ideally fire roasted, if not, FINE)

4 cups beef broth (or hot water with 4 tsp beef broth granule's dissolved)

Brown beef, remove and sauté onion and garlic in the drippings. Add seasoning and heat to release. Add paste, and broth and mix well.  Add everything else (into crock pot, or large stock pot), return meat to pot, and simmer for at least 1 hr.  Salt to taste before serving. Best with shredded cheese, sour cream, fritos, and sliced avocado.
